We are proud to introduce an exciting opportunity within Global Retail Brands, Australia's premier specialty homewares retailer, boasting a vast network of over 260 stores nationwide. We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Merchandise Coordinator, entrusted with coordinating stock set up across our retail network. 

About the role: 

In this pivotal role, you will report to the State Manager - QLD, where you will bring your customer first mindset and ensure we are adhering to the Global Retail Brands core Values, Silver Service Standards and OH&S Standards. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Accountable for the co-ordination of our stock take sale setups
• Accountable for controlling the expenses throughout the stock take sale set by the State Manager. 
• Accountable for the visual standards throughout the stock take sale 
• Accountable for communication to stores throughout the stock take sale
• Accountable for finding fresh / new ideas to continually reinvigorate the stock take sale
• Visual Merchandise standards in line with brand objectives 

Please note this role will require travel between Brisbane, and occasionally Toowoomba, Gold Coast Tamworth (NSW).

About you:

• Background in retail is essential either from a like for like role, or Store Manager looking for their next career move 
• 2-3 years experience in a Retail Management position 
• Drivers license essential as you will need to travel amongst different stores 
• Passion for the homeware and lifestyle industry, with a keen eye for market trends and consumer preferences
