We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Robin's Kitchen Carousel store, take ownership of performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets

  • Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service

  • Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team

  • Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

  • Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes

  • Ensuring visual merchandising, windows, and store presentation meet brand guidelines

  • Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity

  • Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run store environment

About You

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment

  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results

  • Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example

  • Passionate about customer experience and developing people

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting
