We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Karrinyup House store. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving sales and achieving store KPIs

• Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service

• Coaching, motivating, and developing the team

• Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations

• Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence

About You

• You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)

• You are confident, customer-focused, and commercially minded

• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• You enjoy developing and motivating a team

• You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
