We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Echuca. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets

  • Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service

  • Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team

  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members

  • Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy

  • Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards

  • Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity

  • Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-presented store environment

About you

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs

  • Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example

  • Passionate about customer experience and team development
