Five Star Factory Direct Truganina is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Casuals to join our team during the busy holiday trading season.

As a Christmas Casual, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
• Process sales through our point-of-sale system
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
• Support merchandising and promotional displays
• Assist with stock receipt and replenishment
• Work collaboratively with the team during peak trading periods

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work in a busy retail environment
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• Availability across weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
