You'll lead the store like it's your own at MYER Carousel. A natural coach and brand custodian, you'll build a high-performing team, own the commercial results, and make sure every customer who walks in leaves with more than they expected in the best way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bringing our range to life through styling, storytelling and genuine product knowledge
• Helping customers build baskets naturally, from the one item they came in for, to the full look they didn't know they needed
• Creating a store experience that feels premium, curated and welcoming
• Hitting commercial targets (sales, ATV, IPS) the salt&pepper & Custom Chef way, through expertise and care, never pressure
