We're looking for an experienced retail leader who knows how to inspire people, lift performance, and deliver on sales targets.

As a Cluster Manager across 3 locations, you'll lead a portfolio of stores, partnering with Store Managers to drive sales, develop talent, improve customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across your region.

The stores in this region are:

• Maroochydore MYER
• Cairns MYER
• Chermside MYER

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving sales, KPIs, profitability and wage performance
• Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
• Recruiting, training and building future leaders
• Identifying opportunities to improve store performance
• Maintaining exceptional customer service and presentation standards
• Supporting inventory management, stock accuracy and compliance

• A proven track record of delivering sales growth
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• High energy, commercial acumen and accountability
